To provide Computer Education through Online and Offline in border belt of Gurdaspur, Amritsar & many district of Punjab capability and development of the learners, especially the local villagers and functionaries to use of Information and Communication Technologies and teaching, delivering of specialized courses/ training programmes and ensuring ubiquitous reach of training services and community development programmes to promote the entrepreneurship in Punjab. Develop, maintain and support the online learning environment for ensuring large scale e-learning opportunities for learners across Punjab, particularly in rural and far- flung regions.
